Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the glass sheets or supplies in their original packaging with sufficient cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.

Shipping Labels

Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our returns processing center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items for damage and original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
